Here you find young Elizabeth Harrison and her nanny, Bertha in front of a sand pile. Hard to fathom the free and easy diversions for children of that era nowadays.
Elizabeth’s father would be around for nearly three more years, before passing on March 13, 1901. Elizabeth Harrison was born February 21, 1897.
