What a great view visitors to the Indiana Blood Center have of Shortridge High School! After a close friend’s life was saved by donated blood recently, I wanted to join the “Raise Your Sleeve” cause, but was rebuffed because I lived in England for longer than six months at the tail end of the whole ‘Mad Cow’ epidemic. Odd. And a bummer. But if they ever remove this quirky ‘safety precaution,’ I will gladly head back over for the view and a donation. I can think of no higher gift to our fellow citizens; if you agree, hope you’ll consider making a donation!
