I know there are a couple of blocks (square blocks) of SURFACE parking for state employees on Capitol Avenue that could be housed in a parking garage in the block nearest the Capitol Building with the other block(s) reserved for new state facilities…this way the “desert” environment of nothing but parking lots could be mitigated similar to Indiana Government Centers north and south, west of the Capitol Building…just a suggestion…
