I have long loved this building on the southwest corner of 16th & College. I know the most recent owners were applying to demolish this a few months ago and were denied by IHPC (thank goodness). I also know the reason it is open to the elements is due to a car accident some years ago. What I don’t know is why the car insurance didn’t pay for it and if this will be another case of demolition by neglect. I would love to see this rehabbed. Love these old corner pharmacy buildings!Anyone know anything else?
