You’ve all seen it by now, what many of us refer to as “The Love Boat” –the hulking monolith sailing down into the backside of the Hammond Block at the corner of Delaware and Massachusetts Avenue. Friend and historian Connie Zeigler wrote an article published in the IBJ over a year ago and also featured the story on her blog.
