Ah the American front porch. A cultural icon. The quintessential outdoor living space. The welcome mat to the world. Nothing says “Come, share with me and my family” like a magnificent front…uh…what’s that? Oh I see. You just have a stoop.
Oh and the front door. So inviting. Knock Knock. Who’s there? GO AWAY!
I’m not quite sure what lies beyond the front door of this fine structure, but if I had to guess, I’d say the first floor is likely a medieval prison of some sort (I love the glass block retrofit. Certainly keeps the prisoners warm during those nasty Indiana winters).
And based on the size of the 2nd story windows, the upstairs seems to be a series of bathrooms.
